Thank you for shopping with us! We take pride in creating high-quality, custom 3D printed items. Because each piece is made to order, please read our policy carefully before purchasing.


๐Ÿ›’ Order Issues

If thereโ€™s a problem with your order (wrong item, damaged during shipping, missing parts), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Send a clear photo of the item and packaging to osoriosofferings@gmail.com, and weโ€™ll work quickly to make it right.


๐Ÿ”„ Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are custom 3D prints, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged.
Please double-check your order details before purchasing!


๐Ÿ’ธ Refunds

Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Items damaged during transit (photo proof required)

  • Major printing defects that affect use or display

If approved, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days.

Note: Minor surface imperfections, small color variations, and slight print lines are normal with 3D printing and are not considered defects.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, but if your package is lost in transit, please reach outโ€”weโ€™ll help you file a claim or work toward a solution.
