Thank you for shopping with us! We take pride in creating high-quality, custom 3D printed items. Because each piece is made to order, please read our policy carefully before purchasing.
๐ Order Issues
If thereโs a problem with your order (wrong item, damaged during shipping, missing parts), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Send a clear photo of the item and packaging to osoriosofferings@gmail.com, and weโll work quickly to make it right.
๐ Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are custom 3D prints, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged.
Please double-check your order details before purchasing!

Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis for:

Major printing defects that affect use or display
If approved, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5โ10 business days.
Note: Minor surface imperfections, small color variations, and slight print lines are normal with 3D printing and are not considered defects.
